Fern & Fork began in 2019 from a straightforward observation: most people aren’t looking for a strict “diet”. They want eating to feel calmer and kinder — less like a never-ending project.

These days our chefs cook each morning in our kitchen, pack chilled, labelled boxes and dispatch them the same day. No crash programmes, no intimidating figures, and no payment until your food is in your hands.
